Customer Journey from Inception to Completion

Your kitchen is going to be the “hub” of your home where family and friend gather to eat, chat and relax. At Finchley Kitchens, we like to think that we’re working with you rather than for you to create this special space that all will gravitate to!

….and here’s how we’re going to create your “hub”:

Initial Discussion

The aim of the initial consultation is to gather  your ideas, wish list, drawings, measurements and put together a kitchen design brief. At this fact finding stage we will discuss possible lay-outs based on requirements and possibilities. Once we’ve had an initial meeting with you and have a detailed understanding for what you’d like your kitchen to look like we get to work on the first design.  We’ll produce a plan drawing along with 3D renders of what your dream kitchen may look like.

Kitchen Presentation

At this stage we will sit down together and go through the design in detail. Any changes to the layout or questions you may have will be addressed at this point as we want to make sure you are 100% happy with the look and feel of your kitchen.  At this we may require a further design revision to fine tune the design.

Survey

If you decide to proceed with Finchley Kitchens and choose us your preferred supplier for your kitchen renovation project we will arrange for a site survey  to be done before placing the order with our manufacturer.

Installation

Installation is key to the final finish and look of your kitchen and it’s very important to use a specialist kitchen fitter who has knowledge of our products. As such we always suggest that our fitters are used for all installations, if at all possible.

Your kitchen will be installed in accordance with national safety standards and all joinery, gas, water and electrics will be undertaken by expert craftsmen, fully qualified in their specialist fields.
